AMINO ACID COMPOSITION AND FORAGE VALUE OF GLYCYRRHIZA PALLIDIFLORA MAXIM. GRASS INTRODUCED IN KUZBASS

The purpose of the work is to study pale-flowered licorice (Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim.) legume family (Fabaceae) herb amino acid composition and forage value, introduced in Kuzbass. Eighteen proteinogenic acids were identified raw materials third fourth years introduction. Eight them are irreplaceable ten replaceable. total content differed significantly by amounted 6.266±0.89% year 12.541±0.51% year. tryptophan, arginine, leucine+isoleucine, valine, histidine, aspartic acid, serine varied more strongly from proline, tyrosine, methionine less. Amino with polar negatively charged radicals (acidic) prevail. Their part averages 36.20%. acid’s non-polar (neutral) slightly less – 31.80%. smallest specific weight had positively (basic) 11.85%. Aspartic glutamic acids, serine, proline characterized a larger acids.
 crude fat, protein, ash, Barnstein nitrogen-free extractive substances phosphorus reached highest values years. fiber calcium amount decreased increasing plant age. Metabolic energy feed units for nutrients cattle averaged 8.98 MJ/kg 0.90, respectively. cultivation. Thus, grass promising as fodder crop preparation additives.
